Self-Care for Mediums

Mediums often prioritise the needs of their clients and students — but without mindful self-care, this can lead to burnout, compassion fatigue, physical health problems, and reduced professional effectiveness. This workshop is designed to help you place your own well-being at the heart of your spiritual practice, so that you can continue to serve with clarity, vitality, and balance.

Over four weekly 2-hour sessions, participants will explore the unique stressors associated with mediumistic work and learn strategies to foster resilience, restore balance, and support personal growth. Through a blend of teaching, interactive discussion, reflective exercises, and experiential practices, you’ll build a personalised toolkit for energetic hygiene and sustainable self-care.

Topics include:

  • Setting healthy boundaries

  • Managing the demands of the enquirer

  • Cultivating the ‘observer self’

  • Strengthening etheric power

  • Understanding the anxious self

  • The effects of mediumship on the nervous system

  • Creating an impactful and effective daily spiritual practice

Practices you’ll experience:

  • Guided relaxation and breathwork for nervous-system regulation

  • Stress management techniques tailored to spiritual work

  • Energetic awareness and aura-strengthening exercises

This course is ideal for working mediums who wish to nurture their own health while continuing to provide exceptional care to their clients. It is open to:

  • Students of mediumship

  • Those already offering one-to-one readings

  • Mediums engaged in public demonstrations

  • Practitioners preparing to take their work into service

By the end of the 4 weeks, you will have a set of simple yet powerful protocols to ground, protect, and replenish yourself — ensuring your mediumship remains clear, sustainable, and deeply fulfilling.

Each session is 2 hours long and will run from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (BST). The dates of the class are:
