Self-Care for Mediums

This 6-week class is designed to provide mediums with the tools and techniques needed to maintain their mental, emotional, physical, and energetic well-being while navigating the challenges of their profession.

 

Mediums often prioritize the needs of their clients and students which can lead to burnout, compassion fatigue, physical health problems, and decreased professional effectiveness if self-care is neglected.

Participants will explore the unique stressors associated with mediumistic work and learn strategies to foster resilience, balance, and personal growth. Topics include:

  • Setting healthy boundaries

  • Managing the demands of the enquirer

  • Cultivating the ‘observer self’

  • Strengthening etheric power

  • Prioritising physical health

  • Incorporating a sustainable self-care routine

  • Creating an impactful and effective daily spiritual practice

The course incorporates interactive discussions, reflective exercises, and experiential practices, such as guided relaxation, stress management techniques, and energetic awareness. 

​

This class is ideal for working mediums who wish to nurture their own health while continuing to provide exceptional care to their clients. It is therefore open to people who are already seeing people for readings, those doing public demonstrations of mediumship and those intending to.

Each session is 2 hours long and will run from 7pm – 9pm (BST). The dates of the class are:

The course will be built around the needs of all attendees, which given the nature of the class, will be strictly limited to 12.
