Teaching the Teachers
A Six-Month Tutor Development Programme
Beginning in July 2027, I am pleased to offer this six-month online programme for mediums who wish to explore, deepen, or expand their ability to teach mediumship, whether one-to-one, in a group setting, or within a development circle.
Teaching mediumship is about far more than passing on knowledge or techniques. It requires sensitivity, self-awareness, experience, and the ability to create an environment in which others feel safe enough to grow. This programme has been designed for active mediums who wish to develop the skills, confidence, and understanding necessary to become effective and inspiring educators.
Meeting one Sunday each month from 4.00 pm until 8.00 pm (UK time), participants will explore the practical, relational, and energetic dynamics of teaching spiritual subjects. Through discussion, experiential exercises, observation, and peer feedback, students will be encouraged to refine their teaching style while developing the capacity to support others' unfolding.
Places are intentionally limited to 12 participants to ensure meaningful discussion and individual participation.
Programme Themes
Session One: The Role of the Spiritual Tutor
Exploring the qualities, responsibilities, boundaries, and personal integrity required to teach spiritual subjects effectively.
Session Two: Teaching and Learning Styles
Examining a range of teaching approaches and how different methods can support individual students, groups, and areas of learning.
Session Three: Creating Safe and Supportive Learning Environments
Considering how to create learning spaces that offer both encouragement and appropriate challenge while recognising the needs of the individual and the group.
Session Four: Feedback, Assessment, and Student Development
Exploring how thoughtful feedback, assessment, and encouragement can support confidence, understanding, and continued development.
Session Five: Planning, Structure, and Spontaneity
Developing the ability to plan and structure effective classes while remaining flexible and responsive to the needs of students.
Session Six: Teaching Through Demonstration and Inspiration
Bringing the programme together through practical teaching, demonstration, reflection, and greater awareness of personal teaching style and delivery.
Who Is This Programme For?
This programme is intended for those who already consider themselves active mediums and who wish to explore or expand their role as educators of the Spirit. Applicants must already be working with their mediumship, whether through private readings, demonstrations, churches, centres, or development groups, and be willing to demonstrate it as part of the learning process.
This is not a programme for beginners, nor is it a course designed to improve evidential mediumship. Participants are expected to arrive with an established, sustainable mediumistic practice and a genuine interest in supporting others' development.
Ultimately, this programme is for mediums who recognise that the greatest teachers do more than simply tell or explain; they create the conditions in which others can grow, discover, and be inspired.
Commitment and Payment
The total cost of the six-month programme is £500, covering all six sessions. Payment secures your place on the course and reflects your commitment to both the programme and your own learning and development.
Because the programme is limited in size and places are reserved specifically for each participant, refunds cannot be offered for missed sessions, changes in personal circumstances, or decisions to withdraw from the course after acceptance.
Prospective students are strongly encouraged to read the course information carefully before applying and to ensure that the programme is appropriate for their needs, expectations, and availability. The course materials, aims, structure, and boundaries are outlined in detail, and acceptance onto the programme confirms that participants have familiarised themselves with this information.
Refunds will not be provided on the basis that a participant misunderstood, overlooked, or failed to read the published course details, nor because the programme does not align with expectations that fall outside the scope of what has been advertised.
By applying for and accepting a place on the programme, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms.
